About Us:

Willie’s Grill & Icehouse is a beloved American restaurant and bar known for its delicious food, refreshing drinks, and welcoming atmosphere. With multiple locations across Texas, we pride ourselves on providing a fun and memorable experience for our guests.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Bartender:

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Take orders and interact with guests to ensure a positive experience
• Must be knowledgeable about different types of drinks and cocktails

Servers:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
• Take and serve food and drink orders
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Kitchen Staff:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping and storing food items
• Cook and plate dishes according to Willie’s Grill & Icehouse recipes
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen workspace
• Assist with food preparation and inventory management

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are a must.
