Job Title: Water Damage Restoration Technician

Job Description:

As a Water Damage Restoration Technician at Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services, you will be responsible for responding to water damage emergencies and providing restoration services to our customers. This position requires working in various environments, including residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team to assess water damage, remove water, dry out affected areas, and restore properties to their pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to water damage emergencies promptly and professionally
• Assess the extent of water damage and develop a restoration plan
• Extract water using specialized equipment
• Dry out affected areas using dehumidifiers and fans
• Clean and sanitize affected surfaces
• Ensure that all restoration work meets quality standards
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the restoration process

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in water damage restoration preferred
• Knowledge of IICRC standards and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
