Nick’s Grill is a well-established Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of downtown. We are known for our delicious and authentic Mediterranean cuisine, warm and welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional customer service. Our team is passionate about providing our guests with a memorable dining experience, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

We are Hiring for the Following Positions

• Line Cook
• Server
• Host/Hostess
• Dishwasher

Job Responsibilities

Line Cook

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and standards
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized
• Maintain food safety standards

Server

• Greet and seat guests
• Take food and drink orders
• Deliver food and beverages to tables
• Provide excellent customer service

Host/Hostess

• Welcome guests into the restaurant
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Assist servers and other staff as needed

Dishwasher

• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Keep the kitchen and dishwashing area clean and organized

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food and hospitality, and who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. We value teamwork, communication, and a positive attitude.
