Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer

Location: Houston, Texas

Job Description:

• Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients to understand their financial needs
• Educate clients on the mortgage process and available loan products
• Analyze financial information and assess risk to determine the best loan options for clients
• Guide clients through the application process and ensure all required documentation is submitted accurately and timely
• Work closely with underwriters, processors, and closing departments to expedite loan approval and closing processes
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the loan process
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the mortgage industry

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a loan officer in the mortgage industry
• Proven track record of successfully closing mortgage loans
• Strong understanding of loan products, programs, and guidelines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of mortgage software and applications
• Active NMLS license
