Position Available: Stair Builders
We are currently seeking skilled Stair Builders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metalwork and a passion for creating custom staircases that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and weld metal components to construct staircases
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Install staircases in residential and commercial buildings
- Collaborate with design teams to bring concepts to life
- Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication and stair building
- Proficiency in welding and metal cutting techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
