1. Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Bayway Lincoln, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Meet sales targets and goals
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment

2. Automotive Technician

We are seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our service team. As an Automotive Technician at Bayway Lincoln, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring they are in top working condition. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles
• Use diagnostic tools to identify problems
• Ensure vehicles meet safety standards

Requirements:

• ASE certification preferred
• Prior experience as an Automotive Technician
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
