Job Title: Roofing Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Roofing Project Manager to join our team:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple residential and commercial roofing projects concurrently
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met
• Perform on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
• Develop detailed project plans, including material and labor requirements
• Monitor project budgets and expenses

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in residential and commercial roofing project management
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
