Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish

• Adhere to all building codes and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a general contractor
• Valid contractor’s license
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Real Estate Management

As a real estate manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and profitable. • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
• Prepare budgets and financial reports

• Proficiency in property management software
