Job Title: Child Care Teacher

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Child Care Teachers. As a Child Care Teacher at Grandma’s House, you will play a crucial role in providing care and education to children ranging from infants to school-age.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Observe and assess children’s progress and developmental needs

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Knowledge of child development and early childhood education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Title: Day Care Center Assistant

If you have a passion for working with children and are looking to start your career in child care, Grandma’s House has an opportunity for you as a Day Care Center Assistant. In this role, you will support our Child Care Teachers in providing a safe and engaging environment for children.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation of daily activities and routines
• Supervise children during playtime and outdoor activities
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Support children’s social and emotional development
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the well-being of all children

Qualifications:

• High school students are encouraged to apply
• Interest in working with children
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual

Job Title: Private School Teacher

Are you a certified teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in a private school setting? Grandma’s House Child Care Center also operates a Private School (K-12) where we focus on providing a personalized and holistic education to our students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
• Provide feedback and support to students to promote their academic growth

• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Teaching certification/license
• Experience teaching in a K-12 setting preferred
