We Are Hiring for the Following Positions:

• Baker
• Cook
• Server
• Front of House Staff

Position: Baker

As a baker at Sweet Times, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, bread, and cookies. You will follow recipes, measure and mix ingredients, and operate baking equipment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creativity to develop new recipes.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and mix ingredients
• Bake a variety of goods
• Decorate and present baked items
• Ensure freshness and quality of products

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a baker
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail

Position: Cook

As a cook at Sweet Times, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking soul food dishes, such as fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, and collard greens. You will work closely with the chef to create delicious and authentic recipes that our customers will love. The ideal candidate will have a passion for soul food and experience in a kitchen setting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook soul food dishes
• Follow recipes and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cook
• Knowledge of soul food cuisine
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Food handler’s certificate (preferred)

Position: Server

As a server at Sweet Times, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a positive dining experience for everyone who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality and great communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers
• Take food and drink orders
• Serve dishes and beverages
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server
• Knowledge of restaurant operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Position: Front of House Staff

As front of house staff at Sweet Times, you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking reservations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for all guests. You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating arrangements and handle customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers
• Take reservations and manage seating
• Assist servers with customer requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills
