Position: Auto Repair Technician

Lucas Paint and Body is a reputable auto repair and body shop in the heart of the city. We are currently seeking a skilled Auto Repair Technician to join our team. If you are passionate about cars and have experience in emissions inspections, auto repair, or brake repair, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct emissions inspections and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Inspect and repair brake systems
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repairs
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto repair
• Valid emissions inspector license (if applicable)
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• ASE certification is a plus
