Our shop specializes in custom floral designs, gift baskets, silk flowers, dried flower arrangements, and a variety of plants and trees for retail.

We are looking for a talented and passionate florist to join our team!

Position: Florist

As a florist at Heights Floral Shop, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for floral design. You will work closely with our customers to create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create custom floral arrangements based on customer preferences and event themes
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
• Assist with general shop duties such as cleaning, organizing, and restocking
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working as a florist
• Proficiency in floral design techniques and arranging flowers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset
