We are Hiring: Energy Conservation Specialist

Are you passionate about energy conservation and sustainability? Do you have a strong background in educating and engaging customers on energy efficiency solutions? If so, we want you to join our team as an Energy Conservation Specialist at Reliant Energy!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to customers on energy conservation practices and products
• Develop and deliver educational programs on energy efficiency and sustainable living
• Assess customers’ energy usage and recommend customized solutions for conservation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy-saving initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in energy conservation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in energy conservation or related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations
• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
