Job Title: Dog Day Care Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with dogs in the play area
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in your care
• Feed, water, and administer medications as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized facility
• Provide basic grooming and care as required

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with dogs preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for animals and dedication to their well-being
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Title: Pet Boarding & Kennels Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and care for pets staying in the kennel
• Clean and sanitize kennel spaces regularly
• Ensure all pets have access to food, water, and exercise
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Assist with grooming and bathing as needed

Requirements:

• Experience working with a variety of animals
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Title: Pet Services Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with booking and scheduling services
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Handle cash transactions and maintain inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of pet care services and products a plus
