Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Insurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental insurance billing and coding, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients navigate the complexities of insurance coverage. This role is crucial to ensuring that our patients receive the maximum benefits available to them and have a positive experience at Bella Dental.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
• Submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow up on outstanding claims and denials
• Answer patient questions regarding insurance coverage and billing
• Maintain detailed and accurate billing records
• Work closely with the dental team to coordinate treatment plans and insurance coverage

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental insurance billing and coding
• Proficiency in dental software programs (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
• Excellent knowledge of dental insurance plans and benefits
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
