Position: Fire Alarm Systems Technician

As a Fire Alarm Systems Technician at iSmartSafe, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems in residential properties. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their homes are equipped with the necessary technology to keep them safe from fires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install fire alarm systems according to the manufacturer’s specifications
• Test and troubleshoot fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning properly
• Provide regular maintenance and inspections of fire alarm systems
• Respond to service calls and emergency situations promptly

Position: Security Control Systems & Monitoring Technician

As a Security Control Systems & Monitoring Technician at iSmartSafe, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining security control systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and monitoring services. You will play a crucial role in keeping our customers’ homes safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install security control systems according to the customer’s needs and specifications
• Monitor security systems and respond to alerts or alarms as needed
• Provide training to customers on how to use security control systems effectively
• Maintain accurate records of security system installations and service calls

Position: Smoke Detectors & Alarms Technician

As a Smoke Detectors & Alarms Technician at iSmartSafe, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining smoke detectors and alarms in residential properties. You will play a crucial role in protecting our customers and their families from the dangers of smoke and fire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install smoke detectors and alarms in strategic locations throughout the home
• Test and calibrate smoke detectors and alarms to ensure they are functioning properly
• Educate customers on the importance of smoke detectors and alarms in fire prevention
• Provide regular maintenance and inspections of smoke detectors and alarms

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems, security control systems, or smoke detectors preferred
• Knowledge of relevant industry codes and regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
