Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings and trials as needed
• Provide excellent client service and communication

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in which you will be practicing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
