Position: Customer Service Representative – USAA Work From Home

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at USAA Work From Home, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members, assisting them with their banking, insurance, and investment needs. You will be the first point of contact for members who have questions or need assistance, so excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming member inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist members with account inquiries, policy changes, and product recommendations
• Provide guidance on financial products and services offered by USAA
• Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
