Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable talking on the phone for extended periods of time
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
