Position: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Chicago, IL

Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator at Nobel Logistics, you will be an integral part of our operations team, responsible for managing the movement of goods and ensuring timely deliveries. Your primary duties will include:

• Coordinating shipments from origin to destination
• Communicating with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during transit
• Creating and maintaining accurate documentation and records
• Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and logistics software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
