• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications
• Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process
• Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
