Position: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Mustang Cat Rental Store – Houston Northwest, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right equipment and hardware for their projects. This includes:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Consulting with customers to understand their needs
• Offering product recommendations
• Processing transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized store

Requirements:

• Prior retail or sales experience
• Knowledge of contractors equipment and builders hardware
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

Position: Equipment Technician

We are also looking for Equipment Technicians to join our team. As an Equipment Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance on equipment
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment issues
• Ensuring all equipment is in working order
• Preparing equipment for customer use
• Assisting with equipment deliveries and pickups

Requirements:

• Experience working with contractors equipment
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license
