Position: Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the transportation and delivery of goods for our clients, ensuring that shipments are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to track shipment status
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation
• Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process
• Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
