Job Position: Home Builder

As a Home Builder at Drake Homes Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of our residential properties from start to finish. This includes:
– Reading and interpreting blueprints
– Managing construction schedules and budgets
– Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
– Ensuring all work meets code requirements and quality standards
– Communicating progress updates to management and clients

Requirements:

– Minimum of 5 years experience in residential construction
– Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
