1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Greek dishes
• Ensure that all food meets quality standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet guest expectations

2. Server

• Provide excellent service to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

3. Dishwasher

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Keep the kitchen area clean and orderly

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, hardworking, and have a genuine passion for hospitality. The following qualifications are required for all positions:

• Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
