Job Title: Coffee & Tea Specialist

Location: Outlet Mall – Bakers Equipment & Supplies Department

Job Description:

As a Coffee & Tea Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients who are looking for the perfect tools and accessories to enhance their coffee and tea experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in finding the right products to suit their coffee and tea preferences
• Sharing your knowledge and expertise on different brewing methods and techniques
• Keeping the department well-stocked and organized
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a retail or customer service role
