Job Title: Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

– Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting the showroom
– Assist customers in selecting the right floor materials, carpets, rugs, and accessories for their needs
– Answer any questions clients may have about products and services
– Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
– Keep the showroom clean and organized
– Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in sales, preferably in the floor materials industry
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Knowledge of floor materials, carpets, rugs, and accessories
– Basic math skills for processing transactions
– Customer-focused and goal-oriented
