We are Hiring a Clinic Administrator:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Clinic Administrator to join our team. The Clinic Administrator will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, coordinating patient care, and overseeing administrative staff
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
Monitor clinic finances, including billing, collections, and budgeting
Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and training as needed
Collaborate with healthcare providers and external stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
