We are currently looking to hire for the following position:

Sushi Chef

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare a variety of sushi dishes, both traditional and innovative
• Ensure the quality and presentation of all sushi dishes meet our high standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Clean and maintain the sushi bar area in accordance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant role in a Japanese restaurant or sushi bar
• Extensive knowledge of sushi techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Food handling certification is a plus
