Position: Health & Welfare Clinics Coordinator

Community Health Collaborative is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to underserved populations in our community. We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Health & Welfare Clinics Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our health clinics and the delivery of essential healthcare services to those in need.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling and organization of health clinics, including overseeing volunteer staff and ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare professionals, and local organizations to ensure the success of our clinics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of outreach programs to promote our clinics and reach more individuals in need of healthcare services.
• Provide support and guidance to clinic patients, helping them navigate the healthcare system and access necessary resources.
• Collect and analyze data related to clinic operations, patient demographics, and outcomes to measure the impact of our services and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience working in community health or social services, particularly in a clinic setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies, including HIPAA and patient rights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
