Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the construction
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other building materials
• Construct and install foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs
• Install windows, doors, and other fixtures
• Inspect work to ensure it meets building codes and specifications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home building construction
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
