We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Caregiver

As a caregiver at Trinity Homecare, you will play a crucial role in providing hands-on care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Preparing meals and helping with feeding
• Assisting with mobility and transportation
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client’s condition

2. Registered Nurse

As a registered nurse at Trinity Homecare, you will utilize your clinical expertise to provide skilled nursing care to our clients. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assessing and monitoring the client’s health status
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Educating clients and their families on health management
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

3. Occupational Therapist

As an occupational therapist at Trinity Homecare, you will help our clients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities. Your responsibilities may include:

• Evaluating clients’ functional abilities
• Developing customized treatment plans
• Providing therapeutic exercises and activities
• Assessing clients’ home environments for safety and accessibility
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to others and who possess the following qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure in your respective field (e.g., CNA, RN, OT)
• Experience working in a home health or similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, empathy, and dedication to client-centered care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
