Job Description

As an attorney at Coulson, Mike, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters and cases. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for the law and a strong desire to advocate for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Draft legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Provide legal advice to clients
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 2+ years of experience practicing law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
