Position: Mortgage Loan Officer

Are you passionate about helping people achieve their dream of homeownership? Do you have a knack for building relationships and providing excellent customer service? If so, we want you to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Officer with Elizabeth Kirk.

Responsibilities:

• Educate potential homebuyers on the loan process and available mortgage products
• Collect and analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness
• Guide clients through the loan application process from start to finish
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, real estate agents, and underwriters
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS license
• Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and industry trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
