General Contractor:

As a General Contractor at Benchmark Houston Builders, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with building codes, and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Home Builder:

Join our team as a Home Builder and bring our clients’ visions to life. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, managing construction crews, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential construction, a keen eye for design, and a passion for delivering high-quality homes.

Real Estate Developer:

As a Real Estate Developer at Benchmark Houston Builders, you will identify potential development opportunities, conduct market research, and oversee the planning and execution of projects. Responsibilities include negotiating land acquisitions, obtaining permits, and managing project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to deliver successful projects.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, real estate, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction best practices
