We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

1. Escrow Officer

As an Escrow Officer at Commonwealth Title of Houston, you will be responsible for managing the escrow process for real estate transactions. This includes handling all aspects of the closing process, ensuring all documentation is correct and in compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to all parties involved.

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in escrow services
• Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures and title insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

2. Title Examiner

As a Title Examiner at Commonwealth Title of Houston, you will be responsible for examining real estate titles to determine their legal status. This includes researching property records, identifying any issues that may affect the title, and preparing title reports for clients.

• Must have experience in title examination
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of title insurance policies and regulations
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

3. Mortgage Insurance Specialist

As a Mortgage Insurance Specialist at Commonwealth Title of Houston, you will be responsible for providing mortgage insurance solutions to clients. This includes analyzing loan documents, calculating insurance premiums, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Experience in mortgage insurance or underwriting
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices and regulations
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
