Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Experience in bankruptcy law preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Estate Planning Attorneys

Webb & Associates is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team and assist clients in creating comprehensive estate plans to protect their assets and ensure their wishes are carried out. As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families plan for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in creating wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Provide legal advice on estate planning strategies
• Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations
• Handle probate and estate administration matters
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Experience in estate planning law preferred
• Knowledge of estate tax laws and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
