Job Title: Credit Union Branch Manager
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the credit union branch
- Provide exceptional service to members and ensure their financial needs are met
- Oversee branch staff and provide training and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to meet branch goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a credit union or financial institution
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Job Title: Member Service Representative
Job Description:
- Assist members with account transactions and inquiries
- Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs
- Process loan applications and assist with loan closings
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with members
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of banking or credit union operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
