Clinic Nurse

Job Description

As a Clinic Nurse at Intracare North Outpatient, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our clients. Working closely with our team of psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff, you will assist in assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and administering medications as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting health assessments and screenings
• Administering medications and monitoring patient responses
• Assisting with outpatient procedures and treatments
• Providing education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment protocols
