About Us

Founded in Dallas in 1983, La Madeleine French Bakery & Cafe offers a warm, inviting atmosphere and authentic French cuisine inspired by the rustic country cooking of France. We believe in the importance of fresh ingredients, handcrafted recipes, and the tradition of gathering around the table with family and friends.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Line Cook

As a Line Cook at La Madeleine, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing ingredients and menu items according to La Madeleine’s recipes
• Cooking, grilling, and sautéing menu items to order
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation

We are looking for individuals with a passion for food and a strong work ethic. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Server

Our Servers play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Presenting menus and taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion

Qualified candidates should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a positive attitude.

Baker

As a Baker at La Madeleine, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts
• Following recipes and production schedules to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintaining proper food safety and sanitation practices

We are seeking individuals with a passion for baking and pastry arts, as well as attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
