Full Job Description

Join the team at Don Ramon’s Mexican Restaurant

We are hiring for the following positions:

Line Cook

• Prepare food items in accordance with quality and time standards
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment

Server

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Host/Hostess

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at appropriate tables
• Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently
• Answer phone calls and take to-go orders
• Assist servers and bussers as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus
