Position: Insurance Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on various insurance products and services offered by the company
• Recommend appropriate insurance coverage options based on clients’ specific requirements
• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company goals

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
• Current insurance license or willingness to obtain one
