Position: General Contractor

We are currently seeking a General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and experience overseeing large-scale projects from start to finish. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Overseeing project team members and providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of construction best practices and building codes
