Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
• Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate all aspects of the event, from venue selection to décor and entertainment
• Manage event logistics on the day of the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns promptly
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event planning

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
