We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Construction Consultants

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on construction projects
• Review and analyze construction plans and specifications
• Assist in developing project budgets and schedules
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits and inspections

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction consulting
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Professional certifications (e.g. CCM, PMP) a plus

Position: Home Builders

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of residential construction projects
• Manage subcontractors and tradespeople
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship
• Communicate regularly with clients throughout the construction process
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential construction
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and customer service skills

Position: General Contractors

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Estimate project costs and prepare bids
• Hire and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe work environment for all workers
• Communicate with clients and provide progress updates
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a general contractor
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
