Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Home Builders/Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and design plans
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials
• Constructing and installing structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and countertops
• Inspecting and replacing damaged framework or other structures

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of construction techniques and materials.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and design plans
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
