We are Hiring: Windshield Repair Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Windshield Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive glass repair and a strong attention to detail. As a Windshield Repair Technician at Aztec Glass and Mirror, you will play a vital role in providing our customers with safe and reliable repair services for their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform windshield repairs on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs
• Diagnose and assess the extent of damage to determine the appropriate repair techniques
• Use industry-standard tools and equipment to effectively repair windshield chips and cracks
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations
• Communicate with customers to explain repair options and provide estimates
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in windshield repair
• Strong knowledge of automotive glass repair techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Attention to detail and accuracy
