Position: Driving Instructor

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Driving Instructor to join our team. As a Driving Instructor at Get It Done CDL, you will be responsible for providing top-notch instruction to our students, helping them develop the necessary skills to become safe and competent commercial drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting classroom instruction on relevant traffic laws, regulations, and best practices
• Teaching proper vehicle operation techniques
• Supervising and providing feedback during behind-the-wheel training sessions
• Evaluating student performance and progress
• Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL with all necessary endorsements
• Previous experience as a commercial driver
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient and supportive attitude towards students
• Ability to work flexible hours
