Childcare Network is currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. We have opportunities available in various roles within our Child Care, Educational Services, Preschools, and Kindergarten programs. Position: Preschool Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

– Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children
– Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
– Provide individualized attention and care to each child
– Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and progress
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children
– Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
– Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working with young children preferred
– CDA (Child Development Associate) or early childhood education degree a plus
– CPR and First Aid certification
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential

Position: Child Care Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

– Assist lead teachers with implementing lesson plans and activities
– Supervise children during playtime, mealtime, and outdoor activities
– Maintain a clean and safe environment for children
– Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
– Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Experience working with children in a childcare setting
– CPR and First Aid certification
– Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
– Enthusiasm for working with children and helping them learn and grow

Position: Educational Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

– Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum and educational programs
– Provide guidance and support to teachers in planning and delivering lessons
– Monitor and assess student progress and development
– Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure effective communication and support for student learning
– Stay current on best practices in early childhood education

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field
– Previous experience in curriculum development and program coordination
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
