Unlimited Visions Aftercare is currently looking to expand our team with passionate and dedicated individuals who share our vision for helping those in need. We are seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Position: Addiction Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients to address their addiction issues and develop personalized treatment plans
• Assess clients’ mental health and substance abuse history to determine appropriate interventions
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with confidentiality laws and regulations
• Participate in case conferences and staff meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in addiction counseling

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Valid state license or certification as a licensed counselor or social worker
• Previous experience working in addiction counseling or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for addiction
